Position Overview
As a Maintenance Technician specializing in Utilities, you will be instrumental in ensuring the optimal functionality of utility systems within a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) setting. Your role will involve working alongside a dedicated team to supervise and assess various utility systems, such as water for injection, purified water, clean steam, HVAC, and compressed air. Prompt troubleshooting and resolution of issues will be key to minimizing downtime and ensuring seamless pharmaceutical manufacturing operations.
Daily Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks to guarantee the reliability and efficiency of utility systems.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to utility systems effectively.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of all maintenance activities to ensure accurate records.
- Identify and execute enhancements to improve the efficiency of utility systems.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and engineering, to tackle utility-related challenges.
Qualifications and Experience
- MBO level 4 diploma in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems.
- Demonstrated experience in maintenance of utility systems.
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills in Dutch.
- Solid understanding of relevant regulations and standards.
- NEN 3140 certification is advantageous.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to precision.
- Proactive mindset to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Adherence to safety protocols and awareness of potential hazards.
