Senior React Native Developer

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior React Native Engineer to join our team at Picnic, a leading online supermarket in Europe. As a key member of our tech team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the strategy for integrating React Native components in our native apps.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with designers and product owners to create specifications for new features and build out our backend-driven UI framework developed in React Native.
- Define conventions and infrastructure around React (Native) development and train our team of native engineers on best practices.
- Work closely with the team to transition existing functionalities from native to React Native whenever possible.
- 5+ years of experience in full-time software development, with 3+ years of experience in shipping high-traffic React Native apps.
- Hands-on experience with (unit) testing and a problem-solving mindset.
- Experience with Android and/or iOS is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required, and Dutch is not necessary.
