Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Logistics Employee in our e-commerce warehouse. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the operations team in maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency in the warehouse.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders.
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments and external partners to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Assist in the control, ordering, and analysis of transports (inbound/outbound) to ensure seamless logistics operations.
  • Prepare and analyze reports to support the day-to-day business and identify areas for improvement.
  • Participate in various projects within the warehouse to drive process improvements and efficiency gains.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a logistics environment, preferably in an e-commerce setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with colleagues, supervisors, and external partners.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
  • Basic knowledge of SAP EWM is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Fluency in English and/or German is required.
