Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Contract Specialist to join our team at Arcadis. As a Contract Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the realization of leading-edge stations in the Netherlands and abroad. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of UAV-GC contracts and Systems Engineering principles;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that client and stakeholder requirements are accurately translated into design solutions;
  • Working with the Arcadis-developed Systematic Assurance system to verify and validate the Systems Engineering process;
  • Preparing and drafting contracts that accurately reflect the requirements and specifications of the project;
  • Providing expert advice on contract management and negotiation strategies.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as Complex Systems Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management;
  • Strong knowledge of UAV-GC contracts and Systems Engineering principles;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
