About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner - Wound Management to join our team at Thuiszorg Geras.

Job Description

This is a challenging and rewarding role that will see you working closely with clients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to develop and implement effective wound management plans.

You will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting thorough assessments, and creating individualized treatment plans to promote optimal healing outcomes.

Your expertise in wound care will enable you to educate clients and their families on proper wound management techniques, provide guidance to healthcare professionals, and contribute to the development of best practices in wound care.

Requirements
  • A degree in nursing (BSc or MSc) with a specialization in wound management or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in wound care, preferably in a clinical setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to conduct thorough assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress.
  • Familiarity with wound care protocols, policies, and procedures.
