Job Title: Culture & Events Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Culture & Events Coordinator to join our team at Carnival Corporation and plc. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in enhancing employee engagement and creating a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and coordinate staff and participant-related events, including social gatherings, CSR events, and sports activities.
• Foster an inclusive workplace culture that reflects our organizational values and goals.
• Develop and execute campaigns to engage employees, including health initiatives, DEI efforts, and onboarding programs.
• Manage the CSMART Key Events Calendar and create content for internal social media and communications.
• Coordinate the Anchors Aweigh Onboarding Day and other departmental onboarding activities.
• Support new colleagues with relocation, housing, schooling, and other essential tasks during their first 90 days.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in event planning, communications, social media, HR, or office management.
• Higher Business Education or a relevant degree such as communications, HR, and/or event management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Independent, proactive, and problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent planning and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Office 365 and understanding of expat relocation needs.
• Fluent in English, with proficient communication skills in Dutch.
