Job Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Logistics Operations Manager to join our team in the Benelux region. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of warehouse activities and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage warehouse operations, including daily planning and resource allocation.
  • Supervise a team of Warehouse Agents and provide guidance on Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs).
  • Execute and optimize warehouse processes to ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with the Supervisor or Manager Warehouse Operations to resolve any irregularities or escalations.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Proven leadership experience in a warehouse environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detailed knowledge of warehouse operations and management principles.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in Dutch is desirable.
