This platform enhances connections between farmers and markets by streamlining processes from production to sales, facilitating efficient trading, logistics, and farming practices through an integrated, technology-driven approach.

Responsibilities

The Founding Engineer will play a pivotal role in building this platform. Key responsibilities include integrating data sources, ensuring the quality of incoming data is reliable for all involved parties, using AI for predictive analytics and optimization, and seamlessly integrating with ERP systems to streamline administrative processes and enhance data accuracy.

This is a true greenfield situation, offering the opportunity to select and deploy state-of-the-art technologies, ensuring solutions are robust, scalable, and innovative.

Requirements
  • Strategic Problem-Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a proven track record of developing effective solutions to complex problems.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficient in Python, with experience in developing and scaling tech stacks for greenfield projects. Ideally, also well-versed in React.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Experience in leading development teams through agile development cycles, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Educational Background: Master's degree in a relevant field (with a focus on Artificial Intelligence preferred).
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of €85,000 annually, with the potential to receive up to 5% equity. Additionally, we provide flexible work arrangements, including hybrid work options.
