Sustainability Reporting Specialist

At BESTSELLER, our Responsible Sourcing function is a vital component of the Global Supply Chain business unit. Our mission is to achieve sustainable and efficient sourcing through collaborative partnerships with world-class manufacturers. We establish and implement policies for due diligence and responsible sourcing practices across our global supply chain, ensuring robust social, labour, chemical, and environmental standards in our products and manufacturing sites. Our objective is to drive industry solutions that address the most pressing social and environmental challenges across our supply chain. In addition, we work closely with other Business Units within BESTSELLER to support and deliver on brand purchasing and sales strategies, as well as our Fashion FWD Sustainability Strategy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Responsible Sourcing department in navigating and meeting the growing reporting demands related to human rights, environmental impacts, and product safety risks across BESTSELLER's global supply chain.
- Conduct a detailed gap analysis of existing supply chain reporting systems against new and evolving regulatory frameworks, including the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).
- Develop and implement effective reporting strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
