Tus responsabilidades incluirán:

· Mantener actualizados los activos digitales (sitios web).

· Optimizar la experiencia del usuario de los activos digitales.

· Garantizar la calidad y puntualidad de las campañas de marketing.

· Garantizar la calidad y puntualidad de la optimización de los activos digitales.

En el equipo de Digital Content and Projects, trabajarás en estrecha colaboración con el Gerente de Proyectos Digitales y los Gerentes de Contenido para analizar tus actividades y enviarlas si es necesario para contribuir a los objetivos de conciencia, compromiso y conversión de nuestras marcas.

En el equipo de Digital Professional Products, trabajarás en el equipo digital de la División de Productos Profesionales de L'Oréal. Como interno digital, tendrás la oportunidad de contribuir a tareas digitales cruciales para el éxito de nuestras marcas de PPD. Aquí es lo que puedes esperar:

  • Ejecutar y optimizar tareas de CRM para las marcas de L'Oréal PPD. Esto incluye recopilar, monitorear, gestionar y analizar datos de clientes. Trabajarás con herramientas de CRM como Salesforce y desarrollarás tus habilidades en la toma de decisiones basada en datos.
  • Proporcionar apoyo ad-hoc para campañas de correo electrónico, asistiendo en la creación de contenido y la entrega de mensajes impactantes.
  • Colaborar y comunicarte con partes interesadas internas, fomentando el trabajo en equipo y aprendiendo a comunicar ideas e insights de manera efectiva.
  • Contribuir activamente a iniciativas de compromiso de clientes, llevando tus ideas frescas a la mesa y ayudándonos a crear experiencias significativas e innovadoras para nuestros clientes.

En el equipo de Digital and Communication, trabajarás en el equipo de Digital & Comunicación de LDB junto con el Gerente de Activos y Análisis Digitales, el Gerente de Social & PR y el Gerente de CRM. Serás un 'centípede digital' y contribuirás a alcanzar nuestros objetivos de pago, ganado y propiedad digital. Los campos en los que trabajarás serán activos digitales (sitios web), Publicidad en Motores de Búsqueda (SEA), Optimización para Motores de Búsqueda (SEO), Marketing de Redes Sociales e Influencer, CRM y Análisis. Eres un adicto social digital, crítico y un verdadero jugador de equipo.
