This role requires exceptional project management and product owner capabilities to ensure the successful execution of procurement-related initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute project plans for procurement and finance business partners, including identifying objectives, milestones, and deliverables.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of projects.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Mitigate risks and troubleshoot issues that may arise during the procurement process.
- Communicate project updates, progress, and challenges to stakeholders regularly.
- Product Owner Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for P2P-related products, defining product vision, and developing a product roadmap.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements and manage the product backlog.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure product features align with business objectives and user needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations, gather feedback, and iterate on product improvements.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience (5 years) in project/product management within finance/procurement, or a related field within the beauty, wellness, or retail industry, with a strong technological orientation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complexity in projects and derive actionable insights.
- Ability to utilize data-driven insights to drive optimizations, identify cost-saving opportunities, and enhance procurement processes.
- Experience with Coupa is considered advantageous for this role.
- Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between business requirements and technological solutions.
- Agile mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Ability to thrive in a highly dynamic environment, adapting to changes and driving initiatives forward.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
