About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IP Paralegal to join our team at Danone. As an IP Paralegal, you will be responsible for handling a variety of intellectual property matters, including legal formalities, trademark, design, and domain name registrations, renewals, recordals, declarations, and evidence of use.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage vendor creation, third-party vetting, invoice management, budget tracking, and respond to basic requests from global and local teams.
- Handle letters of authorization, office actions, screening searches, trademark and domain name monitoring, domain name transfers, and IP database updates.
- Work closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Finance, and local legal teams, as well as external partners, such as law firms, notaries, and embassies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a paralegal is preferred.
- Degree in Applied Sciences, HBO, or Law.
- Fluent English.
- Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and databases/document management systems.
