You will lead the Ramboll team for CST services from our Delft office, where we are working on various planning and permitting, feasibility studies, and other support services for the industry and energy transitions.
Your Key Responsibilities- Lead the Ramboll team for CST services, fostering collaboration and advancing sustainable project goals.
- Develop strategies, policies, and business development plans for international clients.
- Pursue and realize opportunities with multinational clients or cross-geographical/disciplinary teams.
- Recognize core corporate permitting and compliance themes, identifying key regulations/requirements, and preparing business plans.
- Act as key client manager, joining global key client teams to foster opportunities in the Netherlands and internationally.
- Focus on delivering high-quality results according to client expectations.
- Coach and mentor other staff, plan resources, and grow the team in the Netherlands.
- Participate in international Ramboll business development teams, further developing CST services.
To excel in this role, you should have a BSc or MSc education in Environmental Science, Earth Sciences, Land and Water Management, Physical Geography, or similar, along with relevant work experience in consultancy at senior level (10 – 15 years). A proven track record in client management, acquisition, and business development is essential. Additionally, you should possess outstanding project management capabilities, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
