Creative Artworker

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Artworker to join our EMEA Marketing Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Marketing Co-ordinator to develop and implement creative campaigns across various channels.
• Collaborate with the HQ creative team to ensure all regionally produced assets meet brand standards.
• Artwork static and motion elements for digital marketing, including social media, email, and performance marketing.
• Design retail and print layouts for the region, including in-store graphics and POS, as well as printed collateral.
• Crop and resize imagery to fit standardized and bespoke specifications across channels.
• Aptitude for video editing is desirable, creating cutdowns from full-length campaign films to suit channel and market requirements.
• Maintain brand continuity and visual consistency across multiple digital and print channels and formats.
• Work closely with a supportive team of Marketers to deliver marketing and commercial requirements without compromising on brand visual identity and consistency.

Requirements

• Skilled in the latest updates of design software, including After Effects, InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Competency with additional software, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, InVision, Dreamweaver, Figma, and Affinity Designer, is desirable.
• Strong skillset and creative approach with transitions in animation.
• Good understanding of print production to ensure files are delivered correctly to suppliers.
• Attention to detail and a creative and flexible mindset.
• Skilled in adapting the composition of static assets and messaging hierarchy to fit varied specifications while maintaining a premium and on-brand aesthetic.
• Able to think outside the box and propose on-brand solutions to creative challenges unique to the EMEA region.
