Salary

We offer an attractive salary with additional benefits that are regularly reviewed and updated. Based on industry standards and location, we estimate your annual salary to be around €60,000 - €70,000 (approximately $65,000 - $77,000 USD). This includes a comprehensive package that supports your professional growth and well-being.

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and ambitious professional to join our team as a Trade Marketing and Brand Advocate. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing trade marketing strategies to drive sales and brand visibility within the Benelux market.
  • Collaborating closely with the UK Trade Marketing manager and the Global teams to ensure alignment with global strategies and local market needs.
  • Managing and optimizing trade marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborating with sales teams to identify and execute targeted promotional activities.

You will work closely with retailers to develop in-store marketing materials, promotions, and displays, as well as coordinate and execute consumer and trade events to ensure seamless execution and brand alignment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role within the consumer goods industry.
  • A strong understanding of the Benelux market, including consumer behavior and cultural nuances.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in English and Dutch.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
