ICT Workplace Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled ICT Workplace Specialist to join our team at AXA Stenman Nederland BV. As an ICT Workplace Specialist, you will be responsible for the management and maintenance of our ICT infrastructure, ensuring that our systems and applications are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain our ICT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network components.
- Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the ICT Operations & Portfolio Coördinator to ensure that our ICT systems and applications are running efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor and report on ICT-related issues and incidents, ensuring that they are resolved promptly and efficiently.
- Develop and implement ICT-related policies and procedures, ensuring that they are aligned with our business objectives.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in ICT infrastructure management and maintenance.
- Strong technical knowledge of hardware, software, and network components.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with end-users and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and support.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
