Logistics Process Developer

You are a key player in our organization, responsible for developing and monitoring logistics processes that ensure seamless delivery to our customers. Your expertise will be crucial in achieving project goals both internally and externally.

Your duties will include:

  • Developing and implementing logistics processes that meet customer needs
  • Monitoring and controlling costs to ensure efficiency
  • Providing clear information to the team and supporting them in their tasks
  • Improving processes and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Ensuring accurate order administration and timely delivery

You will be working closely with the team to achieve our goals, and your excellent communication skills will be essential in building strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.

We are looking for someone with a strong background in supply chain management, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. If you have a passion for logistics and customer satisfaction, we want to hear from you

Requirements:

  • Strong command of the English language (and preferably one or more additional languages)
  • Relevant working and thinking level (HBO/Bachelor)
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office, with experience in VMI and JIT systems a plus
  • Excellent customer orientation and communication skills
