About the Role:

Infor is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our international team of business analysts. As a key member of our development team, you will play a crucial role in helping us bring the Infor OS platform to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze and prioritize requirements in cooperation with our product managers.
- Define solution specifications and work with development teams to turn ideas into reality.
- Be involved in communication and documentation, including writing draft documentation and creating presentations and training materials.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or relevant experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate in both technical and user-friendly language.
- Fluent in English.
- Knowledge in application integration, business process management, and related fields.
- Familiar with business analysis methods and techniques.
- Analytical, result-driven, accurate, and proactive.
- Ability to evaluate information from various sources and resolve conflicts.
- Ability to engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and make effective decisions under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in working in an international environment.
- Experience in agile development.
- Knowledge in cloud computing, software architecture, software engineering, enterprise software, data science, machine learning, or related fields.
- Bonus points for speaking the Dutch language or willingness to learn.
