Your Role at Bugaboo

We're seeking a highly organized and analytical Project Management Coordinator to support our Innovation Process Manager in running the project management office and its systems. As a key member of our Innovation Process team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring Bugaboo can make data-driven decisions and improve our project processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Project Management team and Innovation Management team with administrative, coordinating, and routine tasks, reporting, and management.
  • Be the go-to person for all project management office tools used within the department, with a focus on the Bugaboo Resource Planner.
  • Coordinate the investigation and implementation of new project management tools, working with external suppliers, team leads, and management.
  • Support long-term roadmap planning, budgeting, and resource allocation for the Innovation department, collaborating with department heads in Amsterdam and Xiamen.
  • Provide project support to the Product Management team, setting up project timelines, budgets, and resource plans for product development projects.
  • Work on various ad-hoc tasks depending on the team's goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in project administration.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Analytical skills to translate data insights.
  • Fluency in English, as Bugaboo is an international company.
  • Ability to work comfortably with diverse groups of people and build trust through honesty, integrity, and authenticity.
