About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Management Specialist to join our team at ABN AMRO Bank. As a Data Sharing Agreement Expert, you will play a pivotal role in the Data Management Grid, focusing on Data Sharing Agreement. This process guides and supports Data Users in obtaining the necessary approvals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Align with Business Stakeholders to advise on how Data Sharing Agreement can bring value and understand their needs.
  • Identify potential improvements and gaps in existing products and processes by bringing an outside-in view.
  • Translate the strategic vision into functional implementation of products and processes.
  • Contribute to drafting and maintenance of policy frameworks, policies, and standards for Data Management.
  • Create awareness and involvement within the organisation by developing learning materials, publications, and information meetings.
  • Take care of priority, cooperation, knowledge sharing, and process and capabilities building for Data Management.

Working Environment

The Data Management Grid provides solutions to enable Data Domains to accelerate data-driven decisions. As a Data Advisor, you will be part of the Data Management Solutions enablement teams within the Data Management Grid and part of the Central Data Office.

Your Profile

We are looking for a team player with a professional and open mindset focused on accelerating Data Distribution processes. You have a Master's degree or similar and at least 3 years of experience in:

  • Consulting, stakeholder management, and communication.
  • Data Management and Metadata Management.
  • New data integration concepts.
  • Data Security, Data Governance, and GDPR.
  • Conceptual thinking.
  • Effective problem solving.
  • Understanding and bridging the world of Business and IT.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent in English (understanding of Dutch is appreciated).
