We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Envalior. As a key member of our Maintenance Engineering & Facilities Department, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our electrical installations.
Key Responsibilities:- Discipline Engineer for Electrical Installations at the Emmen site
- Responsible Person Electrical installations (RPE) for the Emmen site
- License to Operate for the site Emmen for electrical installations and systems
- Preventive Maintenance plans and continues improvement of plans
- Subject matter expert for maintenance execution during troubleshooting
- Active player in RCM based maintenance program
- Update of technical documentation within the discipline
- Bill of Materials (BOM) and technical data for MRO process
- Compliance of preventive maintenance plans in maintenance execution plan
- Fault finding techniques like RCM, 5-Why and analytic fault finding
- Subject matter expert for modifications, brown & green field improvement projects
- Leads and drives continues improvement of method statements and procedures
- Participates in medium complex projects, MOC committee
- Provides input for maintenance budget, obsolete equipment list and plant spec book
- Bachelor level education in Electrical Engineering
- Passion for Maintenance management and Electrical Engineering
- Knowledge of RCM theory and experience in RCM Techniques
- 35 years of experience in Maintenance or Engineering within process or food industry
- Very good command of English and good command of Dutch language or willing to learn
- Proven problem solving and analytical skills
The salary package for this position is based in C-39 scale, between €54,046.00 and €77,208.00 depending on education and experience. Additionally, you will receive 25 holiday days, result remuneration and 6.11% of personal budget (My choice budget) to use for different benefits including buying extra holiday days.
