The Web Content Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the digital presence of APM Terminals, a leading container terminal operator. Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Brand, this individual will be responsible for creating and publishing high-quality content that drives customer experience and thought leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with APM Terminals' business objectives
  • Create and update content for the global section on the company's website, ensuring consistency and quality
  • Collaborate with commercial, communications, and marketing teams to support content creation and publication
  • Establish and maintain standards and processes for web content, ensuring seamless integration with the company's digital ecosystem
  • Provide training and support to terminals on basic content management, empowering them to unlock the full potential of the website
  • Standardize and optimize information flows and offerings towards customers, ensuring a cohesive and user-friendly experience
  • Set up and update e-commerce and self-service modules with language versions across the site, enhancing the overall user experience
  • Monitor and improve SEO, ensuring the website remains a top destination for customers
  • Manage the digital mailbox and other entry points, ensuring timely and effective response to customer queries
Requirements
  • Strong experience in communications, marketing, or editorial B2B environments, with a focus on web content creation and editing
  • Proficiency in working with Content Management Systems, preferably Sitecore
  • Highly independent, creative, driven, organized, and capable of delivering in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical skills, with the ability to set up, measure, and act on data via Google Analytics
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams and external vendors
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, with superb communication skills
