About the Job

We're seeking a highly skilled Electrical Interface Engineer to join our team at TMC, a global high-tech consultancy company. In this role, you'll be part of the Electrical Engineering team for data centres, responsible for engineering and realisation of challenging projects in the field of power distribution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to the project team, ensuring the right technical output;
  • Participate in the realisation of detailed designs in the field of low- and medium-voltage distribution systems;
  • Prepare work packages for installation and commissioning;
  • Independently work out technical issues;
  • Compile Operations & Maintenance manuals;
  • Review technical (factory) documentation;
  • Draft technical specifications and RFQs;
  • Deliver technical documentation to the end customer;
  • Manage and update technical project documentation;
  • Compile technical training courses;
  • Draw up test and inspection plans;
Requirements
  • MBO degree in electrical engineering or similar;
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience;
  • Experience with projects in the field of energy distribution;
  • Affinity with checking and drafting technical documentation and manuals;
  • Experience in creating technical reports and test plans;
  • Creative, positive, and able to communicate ideas;
  • Accurate, critical, committed, practical, and results-oriented;
  • Communicatively strong and able to work well in a team;
  • Flexible, stress-resistant, and able to act within a hectic environment;
  • Fluent in speaking and writing in English;
  • Preferably also knowledge of the Dutch language;
  • Experience in the field of data centres an advantage.
