Job Summary:

Syngenta is seeking a talented and motivated Outbound Coordinator to join our team in France or The Netherlands. As an Outbound Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our logistics flows across the EAME region.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily delivery follow-ups from factories to partners
  • Manage stock transfers between European tollers
  • Coordinate with carriers, warehouses, and internal teams
  • Track shipments and provide real-time updates to stakeholders
  • Handle export documentation and customs processes
  • Monitor service levels and manage escalations
  • Analyze shipping data to drive continuous improvement and cost reduction
  • Process orders in SAP and book transport
  • Participate in operational meetings with freight forwarders

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Incoterms and international transport logistics
  • Proven experience in logistics or shipping roles
  • Strong communication abilities in English and French
  • Strong communication and customer focus
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
