Accor Hospitality presents an exciting opportunity for a Front Office Trainee to join our team at Novotel Amsterdam City. As a strong brand, we are part of the international organization Accor. Our hotel has 610 rooms, approximately 1,300 m2 of meeting space, and various F&B outlets. Daily, we accommodate an average of 500+ guests and provide them with the best service they could wish for.

As a Front Office Trainee, you will learn all about the operational and non-operational aspects of our Front Office. You will work closely with our shift leaders to ensure a smooth shift for both the team and our guests. Your attention to detail will ensure perfect service is followed, making every guest and colleague feel welcome. You will have the opportunity to take responsibility for your ideas and contribute to the growth and development of the team.

In addition to operational responsibilities, you will also gain insight into tasks that go beyond the daily operation. Our goal is to give you a better understanding of running a department rather than solely being a part of it.

As a Front Office Trainee at Novotel Amsterdam City, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including:
