As a Grinding Specialist at Vestiging Venlo Standaard, you will be responsible for precisely processing castings using various grinding techniques. Your primary goal will be to achieve optimal productivity, flexibility in shifts, and careful equipment management.

Work efficiently to achieve production goals and maximize productivity.
Maintain assigned machines and tools properly.

Requirements

As a Grinding Specialist, you should have a strong focus on quality and productivity. You should be able to work efficiently in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues. Additionally, you should be able to identify and report issues for timely resolution.



What We Offer
  • A detailed introduction on your first day with an extensive tour and instructions.
  • Full-time position of 37.5 hours per week long-term (with good performance).
  • Starting salary from €2,398.31 gross per month.
  • Work in day shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:45 PM.
  • €0.35 per hour supplement in the Metal Industry.
  • Additional compensation of 5.65% for ADV (short for "Arbeidsduurverkorting" or working hours reduction) days.
  • Enjoy a 13th-month bonus.
