About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Digital Traceability Intern. As a member of our T&T (Traceability & Transparency) team, you will play a key role in leading the pillar I (Traceability Fundamentals) of our Digital Transformation program.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the deployment of 3 systems enabling the digitalization of traceability processes within Danone, x-category. This will involve data collection process and design build, consolidation of various inputs from all factories with the current ways of working on Traceability, creation of an approach to digitalize elements that are currently not system managed today, and support the development of a design to an efficient digital traceability process with AI.

Additionally, you will be responsible for report and KPI management, identifying and listing necessary KPIs to be monitored, and supporting the development of relevant dashboard reports into Power BI. You will also be involved in communication kit development, building the necessary materials in a creative manner to communicate about the systems' features and enhancements, and supporting the animation with all factories.

We are looking for someone who is a Masters student from Engineering School or Business school in Business Analytics, Data Science, or other related fields. You should have excellent organization and communication skills, be synthetic, fact-based, and driven, and be autonomous and results-oriented. You should also be at ease with technical and digital contents, knowledge on IT tools (e.g. Power BI, Microsoft), and be open, curious, and able to work in a multicultural environment.

There are also some compulsory requirements: you must be enrolled as a Masters student during the whole internship period, ideally available to start in November 2024/January 2025 for a minimum of 6 months, 5 days per week, fluent in English, and able to work from our Hoofddorp office at least 2 times per week.

Please note that you are required to relocate to the Netherlands (if abroad) for this internship and get a BSN.

What We Offer

We offer a gross monthly internship allowance of 650 euros per month and a home working allowance/contribution towards travel. Please do keep in mind that we do not offer relocation and/or accommodation benefits for students coming from abroad.

Please be aware that you must acquire a BSN number to receive the full internship allowance.
