Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at B.V. Arrow Electronics DLC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our senior management and management team.

Main Responsibilities

  • HR business partner to senior management and management team.
  • Employee relations, coach managers in their leadership, offer solutions.
  • Advise in performance management, compensation and organization effectiveness.
  • Partner to the business with workforce planning, recruitment strategy and job development.
  • Manage and support HR programs and processes, monitor deadlines and compliance.
  • Support peer HR Business partners in their area of responsibility.
  • Instrumental in managing absence and follow up (legal) requirements.
  • Provide sound advice and apply up-to-date legal knowledge in Dutch labor Law.

Lead of Supply Chain HRBP

  • Manager and coach to the local HR Specialists (2 employees).
  • Oversees HRBP services delivered to the business.
  • Align internal process to the business.
  • Coordinates internal HR projects (optimization, health, workshops).

Requirements

  • Familiar with different HRIS (AFAS and Workday).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Experienced in HR business partnership.
  • Few years leadership experience.
  • Languages: English and Dutch, German preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree and 4 years' experience as HR Manager.
