Electrical Project Coordinator Role

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Coordinator to join our team at Arup. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our Senior Managers in delivering high-quality projects. Your primary focus will be on coordinating tasks, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining excellent communication with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project tasks and ensure timely completion
  • Support Senior Managers in project delivery
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
  • Review and manage project documentation
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Electrical Engineering and Project Management
  • Knowledge of Review of Contractor Design (DNR06)
  • Experience in reviewing Testing & Commissioning documentation
  • Ability to witness tests and commissioning
  • Reviewing the contractor's BIM model and drawings, utilizing skills in BIM360, Navisworks, and Aconex.
  • Possessing clear communication skills, quality assurance, coordination skills, and good attention to detail
  • Dutch speaking is a plus
