Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Maintenance Technician, you will support our factories in maintaining installations. You will apply your technical knowledge and expertise to maintain and repair these installations. You will work with the Maintenance Team to improve the reliability of all production facilities. Through training and experience, you will develop the knowledge and skills to perform a variety of tasks.
During your work, it is essential to closely collaborate with colleagues from Operations and the Engineering department to identify and resolve the correct problems.
What you will do:
- Diagnose and correct problems with equipment.
- Calibrate and align equipment. Perform preventive maintenance work.
- Check the dimensioning of components and parts.
- Specify, request, and install parts and equipment.
- Coordinate maintenance parts.
- Help prioritize and plan maintenance with the planner, work coordinator, and operational input.
- Set and calibrate.
- Test, measure, and repair all types of control elements and instruments with pneumatic, electrical, and electronic variables.
- Repair, maintain, and install equipment and machines used in the process.
- Solve and restore disruptions.
- Document disruption analyses.
- Collect data on the operation and history of equipment to facilitate reliability improvements.
- Work within established work processes and help resolve problems that arise as a result of planning work.
You have a technical MBO-4 diploma, preferably in the direction of mechanical engineering or you have an MBO-3 diploma with at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
If you have experience in maintenance, that's a plus, but it's not necessary.
You speak fluent Dutch, knowledge of the English language is a plus.
There is the possibility of working in day shifts or 5-shift shifts.
