About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Naval Architect - Environmental to join our team. This exciting opportunity will allow you to contribute to building advanced naval ships while developing your skills and expertise in environmental considerations.
As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for crafting an Aspect Management Plan (AMP) to clarify our approach to environmental considerations throughout the engineering process and up to final acceptance trials.
- Crafting an Aspect Management Plan (AMP)
- Formulating a database proposal for environmental attributes and compliance
- Facilitating discussions with client representatives
- Finalizing a cold weather concept
- Initiating environmental data collection from suppliers
- Submitting the Aspect Analysis Report (AAR)
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor or Master degree in Naval Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum three years of experience as a Naval Architect with a focus on environmental or comparable
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, and familiarity with German (at least reading)
- Competencies: practical and organized attitude, effective communication, and persuasive skills
- Excellent references and permanent EU citizenship
