Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage customer delivery and expectations while guiding the technical team to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Design and develop robust solutions for product or project delivery, leveraging technologies like Java 17, Spring Boot, Tibco BW5, OpenShift, and Kafka.
- Analyze specifications to deliver tailored solutions based on a deep understanding of the relevant domain or technology.
- Mentor and guide a team of developers, fostering an environment that supports knowledge sharing and professional growth.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and ensure solutions remain current and of high quality.
- 8+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Tibco BW5, OpenShift, and Kafka (preferred).
- Proven ability to manage customer expectations and technical teams effectively.
- Experience in designing and developing solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- In-depth understanding of Kafka or similar messaging systems, including topics, partitions, producers, and consumers, with experience in implementing event-driven architectures.
