Overview
At Greenberg Nielsen, we are seeking an experienced Business Controller to join our dynamic team. This challenging role offers the opportunity to develop and monitor key performance indicators for our new all-in-one streaming service.

Salary and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately €65,000 - €80,000, depending on experience. We offer a competitive compensation package, including 25-27 paid holidays, free gym access, and laptop/screengraphic equipment for remote work.
Job Description
In this role, you will act as a critical financial sparring partner between the finance department and operational teams. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and monitoring Key Performance Indicators, especially related to the newly launched all-in-one streaming service;
- Improving gross margin reporting, particularly in revenue, advertising, and licensing;
- Assisting in the preparation of the annual budget and monthly rolling forecast process;
- Identifying and reporting on deviations between actuals and budget;
- Reviewing and reporting on the key performance indicators of the company;
- Preparing and reviewing business and investment cases for new markets, services, content propositions, and other opportunities;
- Monitoring and reporting on the profitability of marketing campaigns.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A bachelor's degree in a financial, accounting, or economics field;
- 3-5 years of work experience;
- Out-of-the-box thinking and initiative: a hands-on, problem-solving mindset;
- Good Excel and data analysis skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
- Ability to work with deadlines in a fast-paced, continuously changing environment.
