Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing all vessel operations, including navigation, maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
• Efficiently managing multiple tasks, including administrative duties.
• Developing and building strong teams.
• Securing the ship and navigating through narrow spaces, such as locks, bridges, and rivers.
• Ensuring the effective and safe operation of the vessel and its equipment, adhering to regulations.
• Training new crew members in safety procedures.
• Maintaining a professional and well-groomed appearance in accordance with business guidelines.
