Our restaurant is located on the 24th floor of a hotel and offers a 150-seat capacity. We are looking for a skilled and friendly waiter/waitress to join our team and help create an unforgettable experience for our guests.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused waiter/waitress to join our team. As a waiter/waitress, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring that they have a memorable dining experience. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and interacting with guests to ensure their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Interact with guests to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.
  • Work collaboratively with the restaurant team to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical stamina to work in a standing position for long periods.
