Job DescriptionYou will be responsible for conducting legal research on various topics, such as intellectual property, consumer regulations, media regulations, advertising law, data protection, etc.
In addition, you will respond to various legal requests from users and third-parties related to Google services.
You will also assist the Legal team in preparing and managing court actions, participate in creating and maintaining internal knowledge databases, and review and draft agreements.
Required Skills and Qualifications- LAW degree from a Belgian University, with a specialisation (LLM) in law and new technologies, commercial law, copyright law or privacy law.
- Experience working in a law firm or legal department of a company.
- Ability to communicate in English, Dutch and French fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
The ideal candidate will have experience with legal analysis and research, as well as intellectual property, technology, or media law, with an interest in technology and IT-relevant legal problems and recent developments.
Estimated Salary Range$80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
