Job Summary:

We are looking for a Dutch-Speaking Marketing & Sales Representative to join our Berlin office. This role is ideal for someone fluent in Dutch and passionate about social media and digital marketing. You will be responsible for leading our marketing and sales efforts within the Dutch-speaking market, fostering client relationships, and promoting our range of social media services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Outreach: Identify and engage with potential clients in the Dutch-speaking market, assess their needs, and offer customized social media solutions.
  • Lead Generation: Actively source leads through research, networking, and digital outreach, qualifying potential clients to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Sales Development: Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the benefits of our social media services.
  • Account Management: Build and sustain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and promoting long-term partnerships.
  • Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute campaigns that increase brand visibility and generate leads in the Dutch-speaking market.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate sales and marketing metrics, providing regular reports and insights to the management team.
  • Content Creation: Assist in developing and localizing marketing content for the Dutch-speaking audience, ensuring the messaging is culturally relevant and consistent.
  • Market Analysis: Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with teams such as product development and customer support to ensure a smooth customer experience and contribute to business success.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates in the CRM system for reporting purposes.
  • Compliance: Ensure all marketing and sales activities comply with local regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential, along with strong English proficiency (minimum B2 level).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients.
  • Sales and Marketing Enthusiasm: A keen interest in sales and marketing, especially in the social media space.
  • Client-Centered Approach: A strong focus on understanding client needs and delivering exceptional service.
  • Adaptability and Resilience: Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities with a positive attitude.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, able to interpret data and market insights to guide strategies.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with computer systems, CRM software, and digital marketing tools.
  • Relevant Experience: Previous experience in sales, marketing, or social media is beneficial but not required.
  • Relocation Willingness: Candidates must be willing to relocate to Berlin if currently living abroad; a relocation package is available for qualified applicants.
  • On-Site Requirement: Candidates must reside in Berlin and be available to work full-time on-site in our energetic office.
