We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Research Specialist to join our team at Medtronic. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and developing clinical evaluation research studies for our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development and execution of clinical studies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and Medtronic internal requirements.
- Design and develop clinical strategies and study designs to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of our products.
- Lead study management duties, including project management, site management, and clinical supply operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful study execution and timely completion.
- Provide work direction and strategic oversight to personnel supporting clinical trials.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, life sciences, or a related medical/scientific field.
- At least 4 years of clinical research experience, or Master's degree/PhD with 2 years of experience.
- Proven experience in managing multiple clinical research sites and developing clinical strategies.
