Job Opportunity: Talent & Development Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Global Training & Development team as a Talent & Development Intern.

About the Role

As a Talent & Development Intern, you will have the opportunity to create engaging content and training modules for our E-learning platform and employees. You will work closely with our Global Training Manager to support regional trainers and develop training materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop storytelling scripts and create training materials, including e-learning modules and multimedia content.
  • Analyze feedback and survey data to identify training gaps in skills, knowledge, or performance.
  • Prepare resources and coordinate virtual and in-person training sessions and workshops.
  • Maintain LMS courses and user accounts by uploading materials, tracking progress, and managing registrations.
  • Schedule and organize training sessions, including logistics and room bookings.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication, Multimedia Design, HR, or a related field.
  • Enrolled as a student for the entire duration of the internship.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of Articulate is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
  • Pro-active and hands-on mentality.
