Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our team at Perfetti Van Melle. As a key member of our Supply Chain organization, you will play a critical role in driving process excellence and operational efficiency across our manufacturing facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of the Perfetti Performance Excellence (PPE) initiative across our BLX Supply Chain organization.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and implement new standards.
- Collaborate with local BLX leaders to develop and share best practices on process integration and optimization.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of process improvements.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a continuous improvement role.
- Proven track record of driving process improvements and implementing new standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform decision-making.
- Fluency in English and Dutch, both written and verbal.
