Job Title: ONECare Service Agent

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused ONECare Service Agent to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our ONECare customers, resolving their queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt and effective frontline responses to customer queries and requests through our Service Cloud platform and other channels.
  • Initiate solutions for issues and cases as defined in SOPs and assigned to you through Service Cloud, ensuring high-quality service and meeting agreed KPIs and quality standards.
  • Stay up-to-date on sector and internal knowledge development, as well as any changes to SOPs and relevant rules and regulations, to ensure compliance and provide expert advice to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Customer Administration and Sales Teams, to ensure seamless communication and escalation of cases when necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, providing reliable and professional advice and support to ensure a superior customer experience.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of work experience within the shipping industry.
  • Strong communication skills, customer-focused, and service-oriented.
  • Flexibility and creativity in problem-solving.
  • Good knowledge of Excel and preferably Salesforce.
  • Articulate, clear oral and written communication skills in English and Dutch.
  • Enthusiastic team worker.
