At WhisperPower, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process incoming orders and handle new requests with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers in the Benelux and international distributors through effective communication and issue resolution.
- Contribute to proactive sales efforts and provide primary product information to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues from field service, production, and logistics to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
- Act as a liaison between customers, sales managers, purchasing, production, and logistics, effectively managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Requirements:
- MBO+/HBO working and thinking level.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technical knowledge in electrical engineering and/or mechanical engineering/mechatronics, or the ability to acquire this knowledge.
- Ability to work accurately and manage stress effectively.
- Proficiency in Dutch and English, with German being an asset.
- Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office, with SAP experience being a plus.
