About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Packaging Engineer to join our team at Kramp. As a Packaging Engineer, you will be responsible for improving and standardizing our packaging processes across our international operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement packaging standards for our international environment
  • Monitor internal and external developments in packaging technologies
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to reduce costs, waste, and environmental impact
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of packaging processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Technical Business, or another Engineering field
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in packaging processes
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both speaking and writing
  • 32-40 hours of availability
  • Background in Lean methodology is desirable
