We are seeking a talented MAC Cosmetics Makeup Artist to join our team in Rotterdam, providing exceptional customer service and exceeding client expectations within this trendsetting brand. Key requirements include inspirational and creative makeup artistry skills, excellent product knowledge, unrivalled expertise, and the drive to achieve sales targets.

As a leader in prestige beauty, we value diversity, creativity, and passion. We offer excellent training and development opportunities and a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of €25,000 - €35,000 per year, depending on experience.

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• 1-2 years of sales experience (preferably in the beauty sector)
• 2-3 years of makeup artistry experience
• A degree as an esthetician and/or makeup artist (a plus)
• Service expertise in a luxurious environment, providing authentic and personalized customer service
• Social media awareness and up-to-date knowledge of the latest makeup trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work during store hours, including evenings, weekends, and special events
• Languages: Dutch and English
• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software (a plus)
