Junior Learning and Development Coordinator (0.6FTE)

Are you enthusiastic about fostering growth in others? We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Junior Learning and Development Coordinator to be a part of our Ewals Cargo Care team.

What can you expect?

In this role, you will gain practical experience in designing and overseeing training initiatives that enhance our organization's performance. If you are keen to embark on your career in Learning and Development, this position provides ample opportunities for you to learn, evolve, and refine your expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain our Learning Management System (LMS) with updated training materials;
  • Track and report on employee engagement in our Corporate Training Program, conducting bi-weekly evaluations;
  • Collect feedback from training sessions to assess effectiveness and identify areas for enhancement;
  • Assist new hires in their onboarding processes by managing their initial experiences;
  • Contribute creatively to the development of training resources, including presentations, manuals, and digital courses.

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Learning and Development, Education, or a similar discipline;
  • A strong comprehension of learning methodologies;
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is advantageous;
  • Excellent communication abilities, as you will interact with diverse individuals;
