Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Data and AI Innovation Lead to join our team at KPN. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development and maintenance of all applications within the Data & AI domain.

About the Role

You will develop a product vision and strategy for the Data applications in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. You will translate business needs into product requirements and work closely with solution designers. You will drive Agile product development together with our partner organization and ensure the delivery of high-quality services.

  • Analyze performance, set agreements on service quality, and manage solutions for potential bottlenecks.
  • Initiate service improvements and foster innovation in collaboration with KPN and suppliers.
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A university degree and 10-15 years of experience in the telecom sector, preferably in Data & AI or IT chains.
  • Strong analytical skills to understand complex technical issues.
  • Extensive experience with Agile working and demand management.
  • Knowledge of business and operational objectives in relation to Data and IT processes.
  • Experience with financial analysis and contract management.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary ranging from €6,576.00 to €10,389.00 per month, depending on your experience, based on a 40-hour workweek. Additionally, we offer:

  • A guaranteed 13th-month bonus, part of which is paid monthly and the rest in January of the following year.
