Product Owner - Salesforce Implementation at Farm Frites

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to lead the global implementation of Salesforce within our Commercial Excellence program.

Your Role

As a Product Owner, you will define and prioritize product features, manage the product backlog, and ensure the development team delivers value that aligns with business goals and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with overall business objectives;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather input and insights to shape the product roadmap;
  • Manage the product backlog, prioritizing features and user stories based on business value and customer impact;
  • Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and other relevant documentation to guide development;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a shared understanding of product goals and requirements;
  • Facilitate communication and resolve any ambiguities or conflicts during development;
  • Plan and prioritize product releases, considering business priorities, technical constraints, and market needs;
  • Act as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback and insights to drive product improvements;

Requirements

  • Minimum HBO+ working and thinking level;
  • 3-5 years of Salesforce and Agile experience;
  • Proven track record in guiding internal teams and translating business requirements into technical user stories;
  • Proficiency in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Einstein, and CPQ modules;
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce configurations;

Your Team

You will be part of our Sales team and will report to the Commercial excellence & development manager.
