The Kraft Heinz Company is a leading food manufacturer with a strong presence in the global market.

We are currently seeking an experienced Manufacturing Finance Director to join our team.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial performance of eight factories in Europe, driving the connection between operational KPIs and financial metrics, coordinating closing, forecasting, and annual budget processes, and building a high-performing team.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and control the financial performance of eight factories in Europe
  • Drive the connection of operational KPIs with financial's
  • Coordinate closing, forecasting, and annual budget processes for our Europe factories
  • Build a high performing team, onboard new joiners and develop individuals in both technical and personal skills
  • Treat with key stakeholders for CAPEX investment analysis in the European factories
  • Provide support in innovation, capacity and network design processes
  • Be a main partner for Europe Supply leads
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Finance
  • Work Experience: 8-10 years of work experience within the financial area, with at least 3 years in manufacturing environment and/or leading teams
  • Knowledge: Microsoft Office, ERP systems like SAP, fluent in English, Spanish, French, Italian, and/or Dutch
  • Professional Attributes: Excellent communication skills, resilience, analytical mindset, result-driven, project management skills, high pressure tolerance
