Job Opportunity

TU Delft is seeking a highly skilled Curriculum Developer to join our team and contribute to the creation of innovative academic programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and accredit new programs in higher education, ensuring they meet the highest standards of academic excellence and industry relevance.
  • Collaborate with faculty, department heads, and stakeholders to gather insights and requirements, and translate them into effective curricula.
  • Design and deliver workshops to engage stakeholders in the curriculum design process, fostering a shared vision for new programs.
  • Manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders, coordinating with project managers and external partners to ensure successful program launches.
Requirements
  • Relevant university education in educational sciences, instructional design, or curriculum development, or comparable experience.
  • Demonstrable experience in developing and accrediting programs in higher education.
  • Ability to share and embed knowledge about curriculum design, ensuring sustainable use within the organization.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to drive and initiate processes and enthusiasm.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to switch between Dutch and English.
Conditions of Employment
  • 1-year contract, with the possibility of extension.
  • Full-time position, with a salary based on scale 11 of the CAO for Dutch Universities.
