Job DescriptionThis role is part of our Information Risk Management team, responsible for ensuring the safety and reliability of our services. As an IT Risk Management Specialist, you will report directly to the Manager Risk Management of ICS. Your main task will be to develop and implement comprehensive information risk management strategies and policies in alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
You will also facilitate risk assessments across the organization, identifying and mitigating information security risks and performing vulnerability assessments to ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of sensitive data and systems. Additionally, you will provide clear expert opinions and recommendations on information risk management issues to senior management and relevant committees.
Responsibilities include preparing and presenting detailed risk reports, trend analyses, and key performance indicators related to information security to senior leadership and regulatory bodies. You will also collaborate with internal stakeholders such as IT, legal, compliance, and senior management to drive a culture of security awareness and compliance.
Salary and BenefitsThe gross monthly salary for this role is approximately €9,500, based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget. The Benefit Budget is 11% of your salary, which allows you to acquire additional employment benefits. You will also receive five weeks of vacation per year, with the option to purchase an additional four weeks. Furthermore, you will have a Personal Development Budget of €1,000 per year, which you can accumulate up to €3,000. Other benefits include the possibility to work from home (in consultation with your team and depending on your position), an annual public transport pass with free public transportation throughout the Netherlands, and an excellent pension scheme.
